203 Mrak Lectern Computer
The 203 Mrak system is configured as a locked-down system in that there is no right-click functionality, software can not be installed nor can you save files to the local hard drive. This configuration was made to reduce problems and allow for convenient removal of user documents on a regular basis.
We encourage users to use a flash drive. A flash drive is installed on the system for the purpose of saving files. The drive is the system’s E: drive. Along with the DVD-ROM drive, this will be the only drive that appears when you view “My Computer”. For quick access, there is a shortcut on the desktop called "Save Files Here!". If a user uses Outlook Web Access (OWA) or any other type of web client for e-mail, he/she can save the attachment to the local flash drive then open the document from there.
